My custom PC builds start from $2,500, with most builds ranging between $3,500 and $6,000 depending on your requirements. The final price is determined by your performance expectations, component choices, and how you plan to use your PC.

Yes. You pay retail pricing for all components. I don’t inflate part prices or hide margins within the cost of your PC. My build fee is completely separate, so you have full transparency over exactly where your money is going.

Because I don’t make additional profit by recommending one brand or component over another, I have no financial incentive to push particular products. Every part is selected based on what offers the best performance, quality, reliability, and value for your specific build and budget.

This gives me complete freedom when choosing components and allows me to be upfront about the strengths and weaknesses of every option. The result is a PC built around what is genuinely best for you, rather than what makes me the highest margin.

Yes. Every part of your PC can be customised, from performance components to aesthetics such as case colour and RGB. I’ll guide you through the entire process, making sure every component works perfectly together so you get the exact PC you’ve been dreaming of.

You don’t need to worry about choosing the parts yourself.

Simply tell me your budget, what you’ll be using the PC for, and any preferences you have. From there, I’ll design a system that delivers the best possible performance, quality, and value for your needs.

What’s considered the “best” changes constantly, sometimes even from week to week as pricing, availability, and new hardware change. It’s my job to make sure your build uses the best options available at the time of purchase, rather than relying on outdated recommendations or fixed part lists.

If you have any questions, preferences, or specific requirements, just let me know and I’ll work them into the build. Whether your priority is performance, aesthetics, low noise, upgradeability, storage, connectivity, or something else, your PC will be tailored specifically to you.

Every component in your PC is covered by a 3-year warranty. For RAM and the power supply, I extend this to 5 years, giving you additional peace of mind on two of the most important long-term components in your system.

If anything goes wrong with your PC, you can contact me directly by email, SMS, or phone. I’ll help diagnose the issue and, where possible, resolve it remotely. This can often save you time and avoid the inconvenience of bringing your computer in unnecessarily.

If the problem can’t be resolved remotely, simply bring the PC to me and I’ll diagnose and repair the issue at no additional labour cost, provided the affected component is still covered under warranty.

And if something goes wrong after the warranty period has ended, you’re still supported. I only charge my standard service fee for out-of-warranty work. If a replacement part is required, I’ll clearly explain the available options and help you choose the best solution based on your needs, budget, and the age of your system.

My support doesn’t end when you take your PC home. I’m here to help keep your system running properly for years to come.

Your quote is generally completed within 1–2 days, depending on your requirements and the complexity of your build.

Once you’re happy with the quote and final specification, payment can proceed. Payment is usually processed instantly, but in some cases it may take up to 24 hours. As soon as payment has been received, I can begin ordering the parts for your build.

Parts typically take around 7–21 business days to arrive, although most orders arrive within approximately 7 business days.

Once all components have arrived, I generally need around one day to build, configure, test, and thoroughly check your system to make sure everything is working exactly as it should before collection.

Every PC comes ready to use with genuine Windows 11 Pro installed and activated. Windows, drivers, and supporting software are updated to the latest available versions. I also configure custom fan curves, optimise the system where appropriate, and sync your RGB lighting so everything is set up and ready for you.

If you’d like any specific programs or software installed before collection, just let me know and I’ll see what I can do.

When you get your PC home, setup is simple. Just connect the power cable, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth antennas, and your DisplayPort or HDMI cable. DisplayPort and HDMI cables are not included unless otherwise specified.

Once connected, your computer is ready to turn on and use, so you can get straight into gaming, work, content creation, ect.

That’s a difficult question to answer, because trust is something that has to be earned. But the reason I started Massikar PCs is simple: I genuinely want my customers to have the best computer possible.

For years, I saw people spending thousands of dollars on computers built with lower-quality components, poor upgradeability, or unnecessary compromises. Some were replacing systems far sooner than they should have, dealing with failures, or being left with computers that were difficult or uneconomical to upgrade.

I got tired of seeing it, so I decided to do things differently.

I started building computers through my business in 2019 after seeing how many people wanted a genuinely high-quality custom PC. From the beginning, I made myself a promise: if I’m going to build a computer for someone, I want it to be the best computer I can possibly build for their wants, needs, and budget, without compromising on quality.

Every computer I’ve built has taught me something.

Every issue I’ve encountered has helped me improve the next build. Every new component, technology, and design has given me another opportunity to refine the way I build computers. Over time, my standards have become stricter and stricter.

Not everyone agreed with that approach.

I was told some of the things I was doing were unnecessary. I was told cheaper components were “good enough.” I was told you could build something faster for less money.

But I wasn’t interested in building a computer that only looked good on a specification sheet when it was new.

I wanted to build computers that continued performing properly years later, remained easy to upgrade, used quality components throughout, and gave their owners confidence that their investment was built to last.

Over the years, many of the standards and component choices I was once criticised for have become increasingly common throughout the industry. But for me, improving never stops.

I don’t believe a component is good enough simply because it is unlikely to fail within the warranty period. I look at the complete system: component quality, cooling, power delivery, noise, reliability, compatibility, upgradeability, performance, cable management, configuration, and the overall ownership experience.

The reason I believe you can trust me is because I will never stop trying to improve.

I’m constantly researching, learning, testing, and investing in better ways to build computers and provide a better experience for my customers. Every build is another opportunity for me to improve on the last one.
